Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Place 350g of the cauliflower florets into the TM
, lid and measure cup in place and chop 5 seconds/
/speed 5. Transfer into Varoma dish and set aside.
- Place remaining 350g cauliflower into the Tm
lid and measuring cup in place and chop 5 seconds/
/speed 5, transfer into varoma and set aside.
- Place water in the Tm
. Insert simmering basket and weigh in 350g white rice, remove simmering basket with spatula and rinse under tap until rice wet and water running clear. Place simmering basket back into Tm
put on lid on and placing varoma ontop. Cook 20min/varoma/speed 4
- Check cauliflower and transfer to serving dish. Remove rice from simmering basket and serve.
