  • 120 grams Tasty cheese
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 45 grams plain flour
  • .1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams Milk

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Boil pasta

    2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

    3. Cut and cook chicken, bacon and onion in a fry pan

    4. Add tasty and parmesan cheese to Thermomix

    · Grate - 5 Seconds / Speed 4

    5. Add 45g of plain flour

    6. Add 50g of butter

    7. Add half a tsp of salt

    8. Add 500g milk

    · Cook - 8 Minutes / Speed 3 / 90 degrees C

    9. Add cooked pasta, chicken, bacon and onion with cheese sauce into a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs

    10. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
