My Favourite Custard

  • 250 grams Milk
  • 250 grams cream
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 10-15 grams cornflour
  • 50 grams raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl

    Cook for 6 minutes, 80 degrees on speed 4
