Violet Crumble no bake slice

Recipe's preparation

1. Crush the Biscuits

• Add Marie Biscuits to mixing bowl

⏱ 5 sec | Speed 6

• Transfer crushed biscuits to a large bowl and set aside.



2. Melt Butter & Condensed Milk

• Add butter (100g) and sweetened condensed milk (200g) to the mixing bowl

🌡 3 min | 70°C | Speed 2

• Scrape down sides and mix again if needed:

⏱ 10 sec | Speed 3



3. Combine with Biscuits

• Pour melted mixture over crushed biscuits in the separate bowl

• Mix with a spatula until well combined



4. Add Violet Crumble Mint

• Add chopped/crushed Violet Crumble Mint (130g) to the biscuit mixture

• Stir through with spatula until evenly distributed



5. Press into Slice Tin

• Line an 18cm x 28cm slice tin with baking paper

• Press mixture firmly into the tin with the back of a spoon or spatula



6. Melt the Chocolate

• Add milk chocolate (250g) to mixing bowl

⏱ 10 sec | Speed 7 to break up

• Then melt:

🌡 3 min | 50°C | Speed 2 (or until fully melted)



7. Top the Slice

• Pour melted chocolate over the slice

• Use spatula to smooth evenly across the top



8. Chill

• Place in fridge for at least 1 hour, or until set



To Serve

• Cut into slices or squares and devour responsibly 😇 (or not-so-responsibly, no judgment here)
