If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place peeled red apples, berries, lemon juice and sugar into mixing bowl and cook for 30min, varoma temp, speed 1, using simmering basket in place of MC
Blend on speed 6 slowly increasing to speed 9 for 30-50 seconds to puree the fruit at the end of cooking
Place into sterile jars, turn upside down for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
