If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place garlic clove and brown onion into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add butter and saute 3 min/120C/Speed 1
Add chicken livers, tomato paste, brandy, salt pepper, fresh parsley, dried bay leaf and pouring cream and blend 20 sec/spped 7.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then cook 4 - 6 min/100C/spped 3
Divide mixture between 6 ramekins and cover with extra melted butter to seal. Place in refrigerator until set (approx 1 - 2 hours). Serve chilled.
