Ingredients

1 jar(s)

Delicious Seaford Sauce

  • 1 cup of a good quality mayonaise, I did use Aldi Colway
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of smokey paprika
  • 2 level tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • 3 spring onions, roughly chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic and spring onion to the bowl -- chop 5 seconds, speed 5 - scrape down bowl and repeat

    Add rest of ingredients and blend together for 5 seconds, speed 4

    Place into a bowl and sprinkle with some sliced green tops of the spring onions

Tip

We had this with prawns but it would be fabulous with any seafood and will keep for 3 days in the fridge
