I used 500 g mulberries, 125 g sugar, 45 ml lemon juice and added 30 ml Pectin(Jam setta) at the beginning of the process. Add more water to get a more runny jam.
We prefer a tart rather than a sweet taste.

Fantastic! after reading
Fantastic!
after reading other comments and comparing other recipes, I added a small green apple, blended it 3 secs speed 5.5 with berries and 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice to ensure the jam thickened. Sensational. Thank you.
Made this lovely jam, however
Made this lovely jam, however my kids didn't like the squash fruit or well the whole fruit. So in the second batch i at the fruit and cut for 2 seconds on speed 6. Then followed recipe + add a tblspn of lemone juice. Now we have a great tasting jam in a nice consistency. Thank you for this great recipe
I made mulberry jam yesterday
I made mulberry jam yesterday & left the MC off as it needs to reduce. I would recommend putting the basket on instead as it splutters a little bit

I have a huge mulberry tree and this is a fantastic recipe! Im onto my third batch now. I added just a teaspoon of lemon juice to help as a thickener and has turned out great. Thank you for sharing
I made this today and it
I made this today and it turned out very runny. Im wondering if the cup should be off. No problems with it splattering but not sure how it will go on toast. Might need to have it on icecream instead.

Hi made the mulberry jam and
Hi made the mulberry jam and I had the cup on and lucky for me it started to bubble out of lid. Quickly took off the cup and reduced speed. Happened again when heat was turned up to Veroma. Waiting to see if the mess was worth it
