Recipe's preparation

Orange Butter

Put orange peel and cumin seeds into "Closed lid" 1min/speed 9. Add thyme and do 15 speed 8. Scrape down sides. Add butter admix for10 on speed 5. Put into ice cube trays, and cover with plastic wrap. Serve with Duck or fresh veges
