      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and blend up to speed 10/20 seconds
Srapedown sides, you may need to add a splash of water and repeat.

I add this sauce to a chorizo tray bake with sweet potato, red, yellow, green capsicum, garlic cloves, and cherry tomatoes. Stir the sauce through the last 10 minutes of roasting.

Serve with rice. I cook the rice without rinsing the bowl while veges are roasting.
