- 250 grams pomegranates
- 150 grams raw sugar
- 1 Green Apple quartered

Recipe is created for
Place 250g of flesh (red seads) into mixing bowl. Cook on 90' for 15min / on Speed 3.
Once cooked, turn to speed 9 / for 1 min to get remaing flesh off seeds.
Strain juice though basket.
Add Juice, 150g of raw sugar and 1 green apple quartered. Cook for 45 min / 100' / speed 2.
Check consistancy of jam on a cold plate.
If still runny cook for a further 10 min/ 100' / Speed 2
