  • 20 g capers, baby, in brine
  • 30 g red onion, or shallots
  • 20 Cornichons
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, black, ground
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 180 g Smoked Salmon, hot smoked salmon

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Place capers, onion, large dice, cornichons, dill and pepper into bowl and chop 10 seconds/speed 5.
    Make sure onion is chopped finely.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix on 5 seconds/R/speed 3.
