Recipe's preparation
Place garlic, onion, capsicum and spring onions in bowl and blend 5 secs on sp 6
Add Cumin and tin of tomatoes
"Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds speed 4 until combined. Serve with corn chips, tacos or nachos.
