Smoked Oyster Dip

  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chives,fresh, approx
  • 250 grams cream cheese, soft
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • tin smoked oysters, (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon baby capers, (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Smoked Oyster Dip
  1. Chop dill, lemon zest & chives for and spring onions for 20 seconds on speed 10.

    Add remaining ingredients & either use the turbo button a few times for a chunckier texture or for about 5 seconds on speed 5 for a smoother texture.

    Garnish with extra fresh dil.
