      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Cut capsicum into 2 cm cubes and add to bowl.

    2. Cut chilli into 1 cm pieces and add to bowl.

    3. Chop 3 sec/speed 5.

    4. Add olive oil and saute 4 min/120C/speed 1.

    5. Add feta and yoghurt and mix 3 sec/speed 4.

    6. Garnish and serve.

* For a thicker consistency dip discard excess liquid after saute.

    Hi Rona - I see that this recipe is for Thermomix 5 - I am guessing that you, like me, have a TM31 - this doesn't have 120degree setting.

    Hi there the recipe states 120 degrees but the Thermomix only has 100 degrees, was this meant to be 100 degrees?
