      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Add berries, dates and 1/2 chia seeds.

    Blend 1 min / increasing speed 6-8.

    Add vanilla bean paste and remaining chia seeds.

    Cook 10 mins / 100C / / speed 1, placing simmering basket on top of bowl lid instead of MC.

    Sterilise your jar by placing it inside the simmering basket while cooking.

    Pour jam into sterile jar. The whole chia seeds will set the jam once cooled.
