Recipe's preparation
De-skin tomatos by putting tomatos in a pot and pouring boiling water from the ketle ove them. Put the lid on the pot to help keep the steam in and make it a bit quicker. You can also cut the tomato skin (not too deep) to help the process.
Cut tomatos into quarters and de-seed them with your fingers keeping as much of the tomatobody as possible. Put your juice and seeds into abother container and keep for future cooking eg spaghetti.
Put prepared tomatos (not juice) into Thermomix bowl and add the sugar and lemon juice. If you wish you can also add cinnamon to flavour. Put on 30 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2. Leave MC in.
When finished check consistency. If tomatos are not mushy, put on slowly to speed 8 for 10 seconds. Be careful not to do it too quickly as the mxture is very hot.
Put back on for 15 minutes, varoma, speed 2 with the MC off and basket on to stop splatter.
Put into pre-prepared sterilised jars and seal well. It will keep for months in a pantry if sealed well.
