Variation Chilli Jam

Chilli Jam

  • 350 grams red capsicums & long red chillis, Stems & seeds removed, cut into quarters
  • 500 grams jam sugar
  • 400 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 3 level teaspoons dried chilli flakes, Add more teaspoons if desired

Recipe's preparation

    Chilli Jam
  1. 1. Place Red Capsicums in Closed lid

    2. Chop 5 seconds, Speed 7

    3. Scrape down sides of bowl ( repeat above step if smaller pieces desired)

    4. Add Jam sugar,Apple Cider Vinegar, Dried chilli flakes

    5. Cook 30-40mins/Varoma Tempreture / Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    6. Replace MC with Steaming Basket while cooking.

    Place plate in freezer add teaspoon of jam if it thicken on plate . its ready.

    Great as spread or Dip and on Steaks
