A weekly favourite in our house. My 13 year old absolutely loves it, as we do too. I cook my bacon in the oven first and add the cream and stick once onion is cooked. Then I add the potatoes to the sauce and mix in casserole dish.

I used half white potato and half Hawian potato. Potato didn't cut up very well so separated into 3 batches to get small chunks. I added the recommended cream amount at the stock stage. Instead of vegetable stock, I used 3 generous spoons of bone broth.

This is my new go to potato bake. I always hated slicing the potato so thinly in previous recipes.
I cut the potatoes up on the board and then added them via the top while Thermi reverse stirred, added the veggie stock and cream til combined. Poured it all into a baking dish and topped wth cheese. So simple. Thank you 💐

My go to potato bake recipe
My go to potato bake recipe each weekend love it!
Very tasty. I don't think you
Very tasty. I don't think you need to cook the bacon and onion before putting in the oven. I chopped the bacon with the onion and only chopped the potatoes for 3 secs to keep them chunky. Added a bit of cream too.
So simple & delish! Thank

This is a great dish!
This is a great dish! Devoured today by family for an Easter gathering. Really tasty. Definitely a keeper.
Yummo, the whole family
Yummo, the whole family devoured this potato bake. Miss 3 and 2 are not usually huge fans of potatoes.I added cream and used veggeta stock powder as i didn't have veggie stock paste and also a sprinkle of garlic powder. Definitely going to be my' go to' potato bake. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for sharing such a
Thanks for sharing such a fabulous recipe. I added garlic plus 150g sour cream and 50g cream similar to other people. Mine was a little salty, most likely due to my vegie stock so next time I will reduce to 1/2 tbsp.
Added a dollop of sour cream

YUM! Made for my family last
YUM! Made for my family last night. Left cheese off one end for the "I don't like cheese" one. Added a little garlic when doing onion and bacon. Will definitely make again. Thanks!
My family loves this recipe!
My family loves this recipe! have made it many times and added in other vegetables we have on hand also. Also works a treat!
Delicious would make this
Delicious would make this again and again yum.
Delicious! I added cubed
Delicious! I added cubed chicken breast when cooking the bacon and put on reverse. I also microwaved the potato after chopping to save time and cook it quickly.
YUM, delicious, thank you so
YUM, delicious, thank you so much. I've kept my faithful food processor so I can slice onions and potatoes. I couldn't be bothered dragging it out tonight so I tried your recipe - absolutely amazing, will now use this as my 'go to' potato bake recipe.
I've made this a few times
I've made this a few times now, it's ridiculously easy and delicious, especially with the cream.
This was next level
This was next level delicious! Such a great idea to chop the spuds up. Next time I'll add in some carrot and sweet potato too.
I've made this a few times
I've made this a few times now in a week to take to different functions & everyone loved it!!! Great easy recipe. I added the cream & also a clove of garlic. I thought it wouldn't be the same not having the sliced potatoes, but makes no difference & so much quicker. I blitzed mine on speed 4 only for a few seconds as I prefer mine chopped a bit coarser. Thanks for the recipe
This was loved by all. I also
This was loved by all. I also added garlic and cream and used a bit of leftover ham as well as the bacon. Chopped the potatoes for a litte less time and although I do like slices potatoes in a potato bake, this takes much less time and still tastes great.

Yum, very easy and tasty I
Yum, very easy and tasty I added the 2 cloves of garlic then 1/2 cup of cream too, but sliced the potatoes as I still prefer them sliced in a bake then tipped them in to reverse to cover with onion mixture, thank you
I added 1/2 carton of cream
I added 1/2 carton of cream as some of the comments suggested. A great dish, so easy and will definitely be making this again

Made this tonight as a side
Made this tonight as a side dish to our BBQ dinner. I also added about half a cup of cream to the mix and a clove of garlic. Was delish!! Next time I make it i'll leave the potatoes a bit bigger. I'm still a new thermy owner and finding my way around it so I didn't expect the potato to come out so small and fine after only 6 seconds on speed 4.
Great base recipe :) I added
Great base recipe I added two gloves of garlic with the onions and bacon, and half a cup of cream and half a cup of cheese to the mix before pouring it into an oven dish. Turned out lovely
