      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    beetroot
  1. chop beetroot to smaller chunks add everything except yoghurt and chop speed9-10 for 2mins stop half way scrape down 

    add yoghurt and mix for further 20secs speed 5

     make day before you need to allow flavour to develop,i kept for over a week and used with a few meals nice in wraps and with cold meats

Tip

I served sprinkled with roasted hazelnuts /spring onions and some chunks goats feta

    This is a beautiful dip, especially with the Spring Onions, Hazelnuts and Fetta , I also sprinkle some toasted Cumin seeds on top,  delicious!
