Broccoli Salad
- 250 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 100 g carrot
- 1 apple, cored and quartered
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 red capsicum, cut into 3cm pieces
- 60 g dried cranberries
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 100 g Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place broccoli, carrot, apple, red onion, capsicum, cranberries, mustard, natural yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper into mixing bowl.
- Chop 5 sec/speed 4
- Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
- Chop 3 sec/speed 4
- Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
- Chop for another 3 sec/speed 4 or serve as desired.

Quite nice although not our favourite TM broccoli...
Quite nice although not our favourite TM broccoli salad as the dressing didn't add much flavour.
