Cauliflower Greek Salad

  • 300 grams cauliflower florets
  • 150 grams cucumber, cut in chunks
  • 150 grams red pepper, cut in chunks
  • 70 grams pitted kalamata olives
  • 25 grams extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 grams balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 75 grams feta cheese, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except feta and process 4 sec/ sp 4
    Place in serving bowl and sprinkle feta on top.
