- 25 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 3 clove garlic
- 4 sprig Thyme
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 400 g Spinach, Silverbeet or Kale, or any combination
- 3 tbsp water
- 100 g cream
- pinch salt

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place 25g chees in bowl, place measuring cup on lid, and grate 10 seconds speed 10.
Set aside cheese, Clean and dry bowl.
Place 1 bunch spring onion, 3 cloves garlic, 4 sprigs thyme, 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsps butter and 1/4 tsp nutmeg in bowl. Place MC on lid. Chop 4 seconds speed 8.
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula.
Add 400g mixed greens and 3 tbsps water to bowl. Place MC on lid.
Saute for 3 mins at 120 C .
Add 100 g cream and pinch of salt to taste. Place MC on lid.
Saute for 3 mins at 120C .
Mix through parmesan cheese if desired. (Can be done manually, or by further saute for 1 min at 120C .)
You can substitute fermented sour cream for the cream, and if cheese does not agree with you, you can leave out the paremesan.
