      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Prepped as per recipe, then added zucchini, carrots chopped roughly blitzed for 3 sec on speed 5. Shallow fried for breakfast then cooked 11 and froze layered.

Defrosted lightly in microwave and fried for second breakfast - even better than day one.

Simple and delicious recipe - just what i wanted.
For my own notes for next time: I had to blitz the mix a little more and next time I'll cut the potato and onion into slightly smaller pieces as a couple of the larger pieces got stuck.

No just raw.. they chop up fine.. if you think they need longer just add a couple of extra seconds. Some potatoes are harder than others so adjust accordingly tmrc_emoticons.)

Made these for my 4 year old great nephew and he declared them to be the best potato cakes he has ever had. Really quick and easy to do and would make a great base to add to.
