If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place parmesan into mixing bowl and mill 10 seconds/speed 9
Remove to a bowl
Wash mixing bowl out
Add onion ans garlic and chop 3 seconds/speed 7, scrape down sides
Add oil and saute 3 mins/100 degrees/speed 1
Add cauliflower florets and spinach, chop 5 seconds/speed 5 using spatula in mixing bowl lid if nescessary
Add vege stock paste and water, cook for 18 mins/100 degrees/speed 2
Once cooked, add reserved parmesan cheese and pepper, blend 1 minute/speed 5-9 increasing the speed slowly

Tip
My kids love Superheroes.....so I played on that and created 'Hulk' Mash! They all love it. If you use Silverbeet the mash will be cery dark green, if you use baby spinach it will look like the mash in the picture.
