Paleo apple and nut porridge

all in one dish

  • 1 apple, sml/med peeled and cored
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 20 grams coconut oil
  • 40 grams walnuts
  • 25 grams macadamias
  • 15 grams flaxseeds
  • 5 grams cacao nibs
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 120 grams TM Almond Milk
  • 100 grams coconut milk
  • 20 grams chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop apple into small pieces, add to TM bowl with cinnamon and coconut oil.  

  2. Cook 5 minutes, 100degrees Counter-clockwise operation speed 1 (MC Off). Set aside when finished.

  3. Add walnuts, macadamias, dates, flaxseeds, cacao nibs to bowl and chop 3-4 seconds, speed 9

  4. Add cooked apple back into bowl and add almond milk,coconut milk and chia seeds.  Cook 12 minutes, 90 degrees, Counter-clockwise operation speed 2



This can be made ahead of time, it will thicken up more.

Tweak this for sweetness with more or less dates. Vary cooking times as to how you like your apple ie firm or soft
