Raita - Yoghurt salad

  • 5 g coriander leaves
  • 100 g yoghurt
  • 100 g water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tomato diced

optional

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • half brown onion, sliced finely
  • pinch paprika
  • 2 Chillies, sliced finely

Recipe's preparation

    Raita
  1. Put the coriander in the thermomix and blend on speed 6 for 3 seconds. Add yoghurt, water and salt. Blend speed 3 for 3-5 seconds. Add tomato. Mix Counter-clockwise operation for 3-5 seconds on speed 1.
    If you wish to add any of the optional items. Add the ones you have chosen and again mix Counter-clockwise operation for 3-5 seconds on speed 1.

    Serve with Biryani, Indian rice dish or a Curry.
