Recipe's preparation
Leave skins on potatoes and cut into large pieces or use baby potatoes and cut in half.
Place potatoes in varoma dish.
Add 700g water into TM bowl, place varoma dish on top and steam for 25 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 2. Give the potatoes a stir something during the steaming period. The potatoes won't be fully cooked which is perfect.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 200c.
Place potatoes into baking dish (lined if you want).
Tip out remaining water in TM bowl and dry. Add garlic to TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 6. Add butter to garlic and melt for 2 minutes at 60 on speed 2-3. Add paprika and cayenne and mix through butter.
Pour mixture over potatoes and stir to coat. Bake for 35-50 minutes, then squash the potatoes with the back of your MC or a metal spoon.

These were great! Kids loved them. I added extra cayenne pepper, which made it quite spicy but good. I'll try the rosemary flavour next time. The photo is using 600g, which was good for 3 people, so I would do 1kg for extra guests.

Delicious and very easy. I used oregano and rosemary instead of the paprika and cayenne, as the kids don't like hot or spicy. Got the tick of approval from everyone in the family.
