If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place garlic in TM bowl and chop 6 sec/speed 6
Add olive oil and cook 3 min/115 degrees (Varoma TM31)/speed 2
Add Chinese sausage(lap chong) and cook 5 min/120 degrees (Varoma TM31)/reverse/speed 1
Add ginger wine and cooked 2 min/120 degrees/ reverse/speed 1
Add Carrots and cook 3 min/120 degrees (Varoma TM31) /reverse/speed 1
Add cauliflower and chilli then cook 5 min/120 degrees (Varoma TM31) reverse/speed 1
Transfer to Thermoserver. Serve with TM Steamed Rice and a main dish
