  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Cup risoni
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, (fresh if you can)
  • 400 gram can Chopped Tomatoes

Recipe's preparation

    Tomato & Rosemary RISONI
  1. Add a good sized sprig of Rosemary to Closed lid 2 secs SPEED 7 - set aside (you need around 1 tb when chopped - but this is to taste).

    No need to wash Closed lid before next step.

     

    Add onion & garlic - 2 secs SPEED 7.

     

    Scrape down Closed lid. Add oil. Saute 3min VAROMA SPEED 1.

     

    Add tomatoes, risoni, reserved rosemary & water. 12-15 min (to your liking) 100 deg Counter-clockwise operation SPEED 1, MC removed, basket on top to prevent any splatter.

     

    SERVE immediately.
