Recipe's preparation
Place garlic and onion in TM bowl 3secs/speed7. Add ginger, cury powder and oil and sauté 5mins/varoma/reverse /speed 1 /mc off, whilst sautéing place bacon and capsicum into varoma dish ready to place on in next step
Add tomatoes, bay leaf, sugar , salt and pepper to Tm bowl, place varoma into position, 10 mins/varoma/reverse/speed1
Place bacon capsicum and baked beans into tomato mixture 5mins/100 degrees/reverse/ speed soft
In thermoserver place kidney and cannelini beans pour tomato mixture on top . Stir through and remove bay leaf .
Great as a BBQ side or just as a dish on its own with crusty fresh bread .
