Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Really nice. I will definitely make this again, might reduce the oil a little and add more soy and lemon, but that's just personal preference. Makes a large quantity - we ate it as a side with a BBQ lunch, with enough leftovers for lunches during the week.

Delicious! I didn't have all
Delicious! I didn't have all of the ingredients but close enough. I didn't have any lemons. I added pepper, chilli powder, shredded chicken and used mixed nuts instead of cashews. I topped it with a sliced hard boiled egg.
