Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

- Place onion & garlic into TM bowl
and chop for 8 seconds on speed 7. Use spatula & scrap down the sides.
- Add potato, pumpkin, water, stocks and salt and pepper, and cook for 20 minutes at 100° on speed 1.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds
by slowly going from speed 1 to speed 9.
- Pour cream into TM bowl
& stir 1 minute speed
- Pour soup into Thermo Server.
- Serve with fresh homemade spelt bread rolls. (Basic Bread recipe on p112 of Everyday Cookbook, but replace whole wheat grain with spelt wheat.)
- Place onion & garlic into TM bowl

I used coconut cream instead of cream and added some nutmeg before blending. Fussy hubby loved it!
