DUKKAH
- 150g sesame seeds
- 50g hazelnuts
- 50g almonds
- 30g cummin seeds
- 50g coriander seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried mint
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp tumeric powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
Put Sesame seeds, hazelnuts, almonds, cumin and coriander seeds into bowl and cook for 8 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Once done set aside in a clean, dry bowl to COMPLETELY cool.
Once all ingredients is cool, Add it back to the TM bowl and add- salt, dried mint, thyme and peppercorns, paprika and Tumeric.
Then place MC on and Turbo for 1 second, twice.
You may like to do it again a third time depending how chunky you like it.
Tip
This is Great with Turkish Bread or pizza bianca then dip the bread in a bowl of olive oil with a few drops of balsamic vinegar, then dip your oily bread in a little bowl of dukkah.
make your own Tapas plate with gourmet cheeses, chorizzo, olives etc.
OR!! great sprinkled over a salad.
