Aunty Ana's Chicken Balls

Ingredients

36 portion(s)

Chicken Balls

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch basil, (about a handful)
  • 5 sprigs Coriander (fresh), (leaves only)
  • 70 g Oyster Sauce (GF)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Self Raising Flour (GF)
  • 160 g coconut cream
  • 500 g chicken mince, (you can also mince your own)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Basil, Coriander and GalicClosed lid

    Chop 3 sec speed 7, Scrape down the sides.

     

  2. Add remaining Ingredients and Mix 4 sec speed 4

    lightly spray mini muffin pan and fill to the top.

  3. Bake 20minutes @180'

    Serve with sweet chilli or soy sauce

    Quick and tasty. I added generous squirts of Basil and Coriander paste rather than buy fresh herbs that I always waste. It was great! Love the mini muffin thing too - no more gross chicken hands
