Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 20 grams oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Self Raising Flour
  • 500 grams chicken mince
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 30 grams Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 80 grams coconut milk
  • 250 grams Kelloggs bread crumbs

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced.

    Grease mini muffin tray.

    Put in capsucum, zucchini, garlic and coriander and mix 3 seconds speed 7.

    Put remaining ingredients into TM bowl - closed lid position and pulse on turbo 3 times for 1 second.

    Place rounded tablespoon of mixture into muffin tray.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve with sweet chii sauce or soy sauce.

    Thai chicken balls will be a favourite in this house.

    I pan fried mine and they came out more moist than my oven baked ones.

    I also substituted the breadcrumbs with rice flour, as I did not have bread in the house. The amount was close to the breadcrumbs weight, but I judged by the feel of the raw meatballs as to how much to add.

    I did not add a fresh chilli, but  used 0.5 ml chilli powder.

    Delicious - thank you! I made them with gluten-free flour and cornflakes which I crumbed in the TM. Omitted the Oyster Sauce as didn't have any GF but still a big hit with the family and hopefully at the party tonight!
