Chicken Balls


2 chicken fillets

  • 1 1, Chilli
  • 2, Garlic cloves
  • 3, Spring onions
  • 1, Red capsicum
  • 600 grams, Chicken fillets
  • 1 teaspoon, Basil
  • 1 teaspoon, Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon, Chicken stock
  • 15 grams, Fish sauce
  • 15 grams, Teriyaki
  • 1 cup, Breadcrumbs

Recipe's preparation

    Mixing the ingredients coo
  1. add red chilli,garlic ,Spring onions and capsicum to thermo

    3 seconds speed 7

    Scrape down sides

    add chunks of chicken fillets 600 grams

    add the rest of ingredients 

    10sec speed 7

    transfer to bowl

    roll into balls add extra bread crumbs if necessary
