200gms onion,
- 200 grams onion

- 200 grams Tempeh
- 2 cloves Garlic.
- 100 grams dry sherry
- 100 grams brandy
- 1 egg
- 150 grams cream
- 20 grams flat parsley
- 20 grams Mixed fresh herbs (of your choice)
- dash salt and pepper to taste
- 50 grams tonta yeast nutritional yeast, or parmesan cheese
- 500 grams roasted nuts, walnuts,cashew,almond,or mixed
- dash cayenne pepper, optional
- dash Nutmeg, optional
- dash lemon juice, optional
- 50 grams alfalfa sprouts

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place 300 grams of roasted nuts of your choice into mixing bowl and blitz 10 sec/speed 9 and set aside
Place garlic and onion in mixing bowl and blitz 3 sec /speed 6
Add chopped mushrooms and cubed tempeh to mixing bowl and blitz 3sec/speed 5
Add butter and saute 5minutes/veroma/speed 1
Add remainder of ingredients to mixing bowland blitz 10sec/speed 6
Pour mixture into well greased small moulds or terrines [approx 4]
Refridgerate and serve cold with crackers or toast
This mix can be frozen and thawed as needed
