If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced) and grease mini muffin tray.
2. Add garlic, onion and chili and chop, 5 seconds, speed 6. Scrape down sides.
3. Add chicken breast and mince, 10 seconds, speed 6. Mince for an additional 5 seconds if required.
4. Add remaining ingredients and pulse on turbo, 3 times for 1 second.
5. Place heaped tablespoons into the muffin tray.
6. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through.

Tip
Option: Use chicken mince instead of breast. At step 3, add mince and mix for 10 seconds, speed 4.
