      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, mint & coriander in the TM bowl. Chop 3 sec / Speed 7.

  2. Add mince, spices powders, seasonings and lemon juice and mix 5 sec / Speed 3. Repeat till all ingredients are mixed.

  3. Remove from bowl with spatula and roll into sausages – 3 - 4” long.

  4. Cook 18 mins / 100 C / Speed 4. Check if done. If not, add another 2 – 3 minutes to cooking time.

  5. Serve hot with mint, yogurt or coriander chutney.

    These were different, and we enjoyed making them. We didnt have mint so we put rosemary in instead.
