      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I've just seen your message now & I realised that the coconut should be 170g - not 70g. It's been changed accordingly.  Sorry about that tmrc_emoticons.(

  • I noticed coconut was listed

    Submitted by BiancaSanta82 on 23. August 2015 - 06:58.

I noticed coconut was listed twice but only added it once in step 1. They turned out a bit wet so refrigerated and were easier to roll into balls but still quiet soft. Not sure if it was the strawberries I used it not but they didn't taste very nice

These were quite wet even after I put them in the fridge and then the freezer. Not sure what I did wrong as I followed the recipe....
