  • 30 grams sugar
  • 100 grams berries

  • 40 grams Milk
  • 40 grams cream
  • 350 grams Frozen Buttermilk Ice Cubes

Recipe's preparation

  1. -Mill Raw Sugar 10 sec/spd 9.

    -Add Strawberries (hulls and all) and Milk and Cream.

    -Blend 15 sec/spd 7.

    -Add Frozen Buttermilk Icecubes and blend for 1:30/spd 10, using your spatula through the MC hole to assist the process.

Tip

This Buttermilk is the bi-product of making butter. I don't think commercailly purchased buttermilk would be suitable for this recipe.

I served this with quiona cupcakes.

    Yummy tmrc_emoticons.) I ilke that is instant ice cream and you don't have to wait overnight for it to set. I used mixed frozen berries and stopped half-way through mixing in the buttermilk to scrap down the sides. I really liked this recipe.
