      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Nut Butter
  1. Add nuts to Closed lid. 10mins/varoma/speed 1. Mill for 10 secs on speed 9. (Or less if you want bigger chunks of nuts)

  2. Add all ingrediants to nuts (or peanut butter) in Closed lid. Mix for 10 secs on speed 2.5.

Add to a shallow dish lined with baking paper. It will be quite runny.

  3. Spread out the cover with baking paper and smooth out. Put into the fridge for at least 2 hrs to set. I then chop and put into the freezer

You can use any nuts, or peanut buter. Add dried friut or mint flavours. Anything you want really. Enjoy
