Roast Lamb
- 65 g Rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 40 g olive oil
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1200 g water
- 1200 g or Small Rolled Roast, No Bone
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 6 tablespoon Corn Flour, Gluten Free

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place rice malt syrup, olive oil, mint, rosemary, apple cider vinger, salt and pepper in bowl.
Add mixing cup.
Chop for 10 seconds on speed 5.
Keep aside, do not wash the bowl.
Add water to bowl.
Cut potatoes and carrots into 4 and add to steaming basket.
Add lid (no measuring cup) and Veroma.
Put lamb into Vermona and cover with marinade.
Cook for 90 minutes, Veroma temperature on speed 2.

Tip
The roast won't look golden brown but still tastes amazing! If you wanted the "golden" look, you can sear in a pan skin down for 5 minutes.
