    Super easy, super delicious!
Thanks for the share. These will definitely be a regular staple in our house.
Will make double next time and freeze some, if they last that long!
i had to increase the oven temperature and cook for longer but I think that is a reflection of my oven, not the recipe. 😉

I cooked these in the air fryer and then froze them. My vegetarian son progressively ate them for lunch, as he'd throw together a salad and then the falafel would thaw in time for lunch.

These are a staple in our house now. I just have a supply in the freezer for whoever wants them. tmrc_emoticons.)

Very nice! We had these with mint and yoghurt sauce. I increased the oven temperature to 190 after the first 15 minutes which helped I think.

  • These are delicious...crunchy

Submitted by Greta Best on 6. September 2016 - 21:55.

These are delicious...crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.  Added some chilli and swapped coriander for oregano and thyme (as that is what I had!)  Lightly sprayed with oil before putting in the oven and served with hummus and sweet chilli sauce.....yum! Will double recipe next time.

Submitted by Mum Loves Food on 5. July 2016 - 14:55.

This recipe is a game changer! So easy, tasty & healthy. I added generous amounts of herbs as that's the way I like my falafel & they worked perfectly. Thanks for a brilliant recipe.

    One word..... YUM!!

Made these last night for dinner and doubled the recipe, they were super easy to make and the consistancy made them very easy to roll! Came out of the oven with a nice crunch to them, served them with hommus, minted yoghurt and pickles!
