If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

You don't have to cook in over but makes the chips nice and crunchy.  You could add meat to this if you want.

Great quick, cheap, tasty, easy meal. I added zuchinnis and mushrooms to guts it up a bit because I wasn't using corn chips. Next time I will double the quantity as it only served 2 (or maybe we're just big eaters).

Will absolutely be doing this one again!
