- 2 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable Stock Paste (BCB)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or other spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add onion, garlic and leek to bowl. Chop 6 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl. Repeat if necessary.
Add butter and sautee 4 minutes, varoma temp, speed 2
Add all other ingredients except cream. Cook 25mins, 100oC, speed 2.
Blend liquid for 1 minute, starting on speed 5 and gradually increasing to speed 9.
Add cream and incorporate for 30 seconds, speed 4.
