- 150 grams pumpkin, Diced
- 50 grams carrot, Sliced
- 30 grams rice
- 200 grams chicken breast, Diced
- 100 grams water
- 75 grams Creamed Corn

1. Place pumpkin, carrot, rice, chicken and water into cook for 12 Mins Varoma speed 2 place steaming basket on top.
2. Make sure chicken is cooked then add creamed corn, puree with MC on top until the consistency you are wanting.
I pureed this for 5 mins speed 4 for my 6 month old.
