  • 80 g Baby Spinach Leaves, Rinsed

Recipe's preparation

    Puree
  1. Place all ingredients into TM Bowl and cover with water and cook for 20mins/100deg/speed 2. (or until Sweet Potato and Carrot are soft)

    Blend for 5 mins/speed 6 (or until required consistency achieved).

Tip

Use Simmering basket when blending to keep the puree down the bottom of TM bowl.  This allows for a much smoother consistency. 

 

You can also place your puree through a sifter to remove the outer layer of corn for young babies

     i put in 500g of water, but will put 450g next time just so its a little thicker. Other than that, tastes good!

    Nice combination of veggies, thanks for sharing the recipe. I put in 520g of water and it was a pretty good consistency (pureed, not watery soup). Perhaps next time I will try 500g and I think that would be perfect. Also I only pureed at the end for 10 or so seconds. Miss 9 months really liked this one (i mixed in with some lamb casserole for her protein).

    I used this recipe as written and then as a basis for other purees I made.  It was really helpful to know how long, the temperature and the speed I should cook the veggies for.  bubs loves all concoctions I have made for him.  Thanks.

    Day 1 of my Thermomix life and I have tried this recipe. I covered with water as stated. It has turned into soup. Way too much water. Not sure of the correct amount as I'm too new sorry!
