      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place watermelon and cool water in mixing bowl.
    Blitz for 15 seconds/speed 5
  2. In a seperate bowl combine 80g (1/3 Cup) boiling water and 3 level tablespoons of gelatine and gently stir until gelatine is dissolved.
  3. add the gelatine mixture into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 seconds/speed 5.
  4. portion into baby food jars or containers and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Tip

you can puree the set jelly to make it easier for baby to eat. as baby gets older leave set and feed as is.
