Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Place watermelon and cool water in mixing bowl.
Blitz for 15 seconds/speed 5 - In a seperate bowl combine 80g (1/3 Cup) boiling water and 3 level tablespoons of gelatine and gently stir until gelatine is dissolved.
- add the gelatine mixture into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 seconds/speed 5.
- portion into baby food jars or containers and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Tip
you can puree the set jelly to make it easier for baby to eat. as baby gets older leave set and feed as is.
